yo yo....so today i awoke at 11 to jenny calling me to force me to come over and " tan" with her. I came, but i did not tan. Instead i sipped iced tea, red my magazine(Entertainment Weekly) and lsitened to my Male Broadway solo cd nici made me. Then crystal called so me and jenny picked her up from mandees and then steve. We hung for a lil and then drove her back to work. After that we met mark at his work and then us 4 and vicnent got lunch. Today was mark's b-day so he was able to buy stuff. HE spent like a million dollars on lotto cards(so did steve and vincent, they obsessed) and he bought some cigars. Atfer that we went to our respective abodes and planned for a bbq for mark at my house. Me and vicnent chilled at my house for a lil and then picked up crystal from Hoyers and then we went to stop and shop. I love J-Flizzy. We got 70 dollars wrth of food for 9 bucks! It was soooooo funny, joe was jsut puttign the meat in the bag and ntoa ctually scanning them, lol. Jon Oyer was there too, eh didnt hook us up, but was there. thats good enough. We dropped crystal back off at work. We wen tback to my house, kayven met us, and we picked up a few mroe supplies. Steve and jenny came and we set up, mark and liz came. Vincent was the cook. we ate(you can imagine wat that was like) then we had cake. Crystal came back sometime after that. Then we had cake. Mark and Liz left. We attempted to watch Return of the King, but we got SOO wrapped up in grade 5 Brain Quest. Vincent knew EVERY single answer. He even knew what line is where trees stop growing...The Timber Line! WTF is that?!?!? yea, so we coudlnt watch ROTK cuz we were to wrapped in BrainQUest. Good shit tho. I think mark had a good time, i hope so , cuz eh went through a lot today and really deserved it. Happy B-day mark!
........and Gillman too!........

Yo everyone, im just chillin here in study hall in the library, SCHOOL IS SOOO BORING!!!!! J-Meyer is in here too, holding things down. ADn to my right is Adge, with her gay-ass water bottle (the famous Nalgene). Last period me and kevin tried to smash it on the floor but were unsuccessful, since it is supposedly indestructible. This day is sooo long, and last night sucked. Pepper is sick, he hasnt eaten anything except some of my egg i gave him, but he wont touch his food. My grandma thinks that he is dying, but he is like 15 yrs old. so it might be his time :( Stupid matt is coming home on friday and i need to pick his ass up at Tarrytown, bc he dont know how to effeciently use public transportation.---He has to have all the information from me adn my dad on how to get to where he wants to go. When i took p.t. home from Boston, i had to figure all that shit out on my own. He's not even getting home, he's going to westchester. He's such a tool. Hopefully he can take care of pepper then.

But id still rather he stay in cape cod. and then scott should go up with my dad. then id be satisfied.-------- Last night i almost got into a fight with my dad. but he said something about how my priorities are fucked up bc i forgot to take care of simba, and it was midnight. but he didnt say it to my face, i was waiting for him to say it to me so i could EXPLODE on him. my priorities??? MY priorities??? he's not one to talk about priorities bc im like # 399 on his fucking list, this is the first year that my parents have attended any of my sporting events, and they'll fucking climb through hell adn back to attend one of scott's little league games. {continued on 5/28, period 2}
I was also gonna blow up about how they're going away on my birthday, and i was gonna make him feel like an asshole. soo i was pretty upset, but lucky for my dad he didnt say anything to me, and last night he apologized.
The awards ceremony was the most ridiculously hot, uncomfortable, and unexciting event that i have ever attended in my high school career. Some surprises of the evening were the attendence of Bob, Kevin Talgo, and Vincent. The largest award was given to Darin, who was had a speech given about him by a guy from the Merchant Marine academy, equating the acceptance to a $170,000 scholarship. About halfway through the night i realized something, "i should have applied for more scholarships" seeing as how i only applied for one. --oh well-- you can't change the past.
Carlos Egan Asay - “It is easy to act as a Saturday morning quarterback and replay the game lost the night before. All of us seem to have better hindsight (the ability to see after the event what should have been done) than foresight (the power to foresee and provide for the future)”

Adam has posed an interesting question that i think everyone should consider and then "HOLLA BACK" their resposes: "In a fight between you and your dad, who would win?" TAke a minute and consider all advantages in fighting: Height/reach, strength, speed, agility, age[physical prime is approx.18-28 yrs old] flexiblity(yes it is an advantage), and conditioning/endurance. {if anyone knows of anymore advantages, feel free to let me know} But taking these factors into account, i would beat my dad, he's way over the hump, he is 55, and im gonna be 18 tommorrow. so i would win, i would believe. who would win in ur family?

ok well moving onto today, i woke up at 7:19 and somehow managed to make it to school slightly after 7:30. i went into the orchestra room, where wind ensemble was residing, and after talking to joefi for about 5-10 min, realized i had a sr. class meeting. Sorta alright, nothing special, now im in math in the annex computer lab with about 15 min left in the period. Man i have a headache, ok time to go, peace.

So i hope everyone's weekend went well, bc mine most certainly did!!! More than what i did yesterday, it was the person who's company i was in that really made the day great. I took Liz to see Rent, then afterwards took the subway down to canal st. and walked over to mulberry st. and ate in my favorite resturant, PAESANO. Then walked through a bit of Chinatown, which smelled of bad fish. THen took the 6 to Central park, proceeded to stroll around a bit, planning on visiting Turtle pond (adam knows what im talking about), but a sudden downpour ruined that. so we took the subway back to Grand Central Terminaland took the train to croton-then proceeded to talk, in detail about earth-science, then came home. It had to be the best day that i've had all year/possibly my life.

Sat. wasnt tooo bad either, that is after i came home from cobleskill of course. ok first off BOB IS THE CRAZIEST CELL PHONE RAVER EVER!!!!! i felt like i was tripping on something, not that i know what it feels like, but i think thats what its like. And the smut crew is always crazy. so everything they did is implied. But b4 i left i had a nice ass-slap from kevin. and i was told if i wanna join the gay-fest to call 1-800-gayfest.com according to xavier, thats x for u.

Today in school, umm i went to the doctors, got shots, went to grandmas for lunch, went to school, drove liz home, touring choir, to yorktown heights to pick up my mom's car. now at home, waiting for night to bring another day.

What up. I've decided the new blogger needs to die a painful yet speedy death and the old blogger should be the new king. But alas, we are stuck with this nonsense of a layout. Meh. Havn't blogged in what seems like forever, so this will be a decent post. A bunch of things are clogging my brain right now, like Hoyers, NYSSMA in two weeks, SAT 2's, that stupid essay for J-Mizzy, the pile of undone work in my room, my room looking like someone broke in and tried to find something but failed so messed up some more shit to piss me off, and of course, my dad leaving for the third week in a row. Luckily hes not traveling again until September, and if he does it will be on a cruise with me and possibly Al. Ah cruises....I secretly dread Morgan leaving on a cruise for two weeks in August, but its not the hot guys I'm worried about. I just don't want two weeks without her next to me. That's a long term concern though, nothing to worry about this week. I've got enough things right around the corner that I should tackle. Anyway enough of the serious Joefi ten year old girl rant. This just in: anagrams are hot right now, Nici Paggs and I have been trying to fool each other. I owe her one which I'll be creating shortly. Just to give you a taste of it, here's one for the readers. The first one to solve it gets a pat on the back.
Tell Cole I said: got bravo?
P.S. My Grandmother is on the way to the hospital as I just overheard on a phone Conversation between my Mom and her sister. She is my only living grandparent.

yo yo....so today was pretty good. i woke up late and didnt have time to shwoer so i went to skool 5th period. After school i went clothes shopping with jenny and crystal andrews. That was fun. In american eagle we ran into...JOE PACCION! then somethign weird happend...we were standing aroudn talkin and this guy bent down to get somehtinh behind crystal(who had a short skirt) and i saw he had a digital camera in his hand. He looked kidna creepy too. So for like the next 30 seconds i pondered to myself if what i thought happend actually happend. So i told them what i thoguht i saw and ran after the guy. I knew i would regret it if i didnt. I caught up to him and jumped in front of him and told him is aw what he did to that girl. He was defensive, and was shwoign em that the pics in hsi camera werent of a girl, so i walked ove to the verizon stand and asked them to call security, they looked baffled and didnt know how to process what i was asking. In that tiem the guy fiddled with his camera, i went back and interrogated him some more, and realzied he probably deleted it by now so no point in bringing him to security....cuz "its not what you know...its what you can prove", so i just left and told him if i saw that again i'd kill him. Man, i should've jsut punched him, i coulda defintiily killed him. Anyway, so rest of time at mall was cool, crystal is madd chill. Then we went home, i dropped them home, got ready and went to school for LAST Orchestra concert ever, partiulary playing flute. tear....we played madd well tho...i love how Mr. Bjorkman has this way of inspiring confidence in people by beleiving in them so much. We met his family too. well i goin to eat and watch tv...ta ta

What up. This is just a message to the Pirates who don't do too much. Don't waste your time reacting to the annoying comments on your blog, because in all honesty they are the lifeless losers sitting at home on their computers following your blog by the minute. So when you get a rude comment, ignore it. They don't deserve acknowledgement.

Hey everyone!!! so its been a while since ive had a substantial blog entry and for that i apologize. well id like to sumarize my week thusfar. Lacrosse is officially over, after being the first time in 8 years that North Rockland had gone to playoffs we lost to Arlington, who got ASS-RAPED WITH A SLEDGEHAMMER BY LAKELAND/PAMAS 18-2 today. owwie, i believe that that would hurt lots, especially bc i heard they ran outta lube when it was 4-1 at the end of the first, so they SLAMMED THEM WITH 10 MORE GOALS IN THE SECOND. so at the half it was 14-1. right now Arlington is charging them with assault and battery of the ass.

On tommorrow i have an awards dinner, now u might be asking "what sort of award, Mark?" but i will tell you what sort of award. I got the New York state physical education recognition award, one of two males nominated from our school. i dont know who the other is, probably someone awesome, like {insert your name here}. That'd be awesome he/she is sooo cool.

So then after that i will attend the final concert of my HS career. im not really getting emotional bc its orchestra, i like wind ensemble so much better, the people, the music, the Mr.Roth. ---OK in case anyone didnt already know, Mr. Roth is no longer going to be conducting, so it is in EVERYONE'S best interest, if u havent already taken music theory, SIGN UP FOR IT, if not this year than next. IT is honestly the best class i have taken in all four years of high school, and its in the music department, so for the most part everyone in there is your friend, or will be soon.

NOW i finally get to spend time with LIZ and also my crew, bc i dont need to worry about athletics. so now there will be more MARK to see.
and no, i dont have a cell phone yet, so odds are u wont be able to contact me, unless u know my "home" number or my home number. if you get it u get it if you dont know, well fall down some stairs.

OMG TODAY IN ENG. i was getting stared at by this spanish girl in the ESL class across the way, i was soo freaked out, she dont even speak english.

ps. joefi looks like a pirate

wow. what a GREAT weekend. i guess i'll add more details later. but i'm definitly going to NH like every other week now.

Thursday, May 13, 2004

yo yo...me again. Jsut got back from my LAST wind ensemble concert. ever. It was pretty emotional cuz it was mr roth's last concert too. An itnerstign happenign was during one of our songs mr roth skipped an 8 measure section which was a recurrence of my solo earlier in the song, when we saw him skip that part everyone freaked out, but we just went with it. I commend everyone playing for that. After the song he whips around and says "i know!(in a jokingly sense). So before our last song the officers( me amanda friedman, amanda eggers and nicole sabino) went up and spoke. I satrted off and talked bout how it was his last concert and why. Then the amanda's gave some histroy bout roth, and then i said, "and now enjoy mr roth's last song conducting, a medley from "porgy and bess." It felt really weird to say that. At the end of the piece, as we were holding out the last chord, i thought to myself "gee, this is my last note ever" and apparently as i spoke to other seniors, everyone i spoke to thought the same thing during it. So after that while we were clapping pow pow was backstage waving around a bouqet, so i ran over, and he tossed it to me and i presented it to roth with a hug. touching moment indeed.
On the way home from the concert i was thinking how much i love music and the music department. Like the other day i came into school not feeling good at all, i was in a really bad mood. Then like halfway during wind ensemble i realized that i was totally in a good mood. and it was cuz of music. Im there in during virtually all my free time. I have early dismissal every other day and a lot of times i find myself not even going home. I either sit in theory, or i play instruments, or i just simply pass time the best way, chillin with pow pow. I am definately going to miss mr roth, pow pow, and the whole music department in general. I got about a month left of school, so i'm going to try to make it as musical as possible....

yo yo...during a lesson 7th period today it was a few flutes and a few trumpets. SO when pow pow went to ask roth somethign me joe riccitone and jofi and switched instruments. Pow came back and yelled "hey!" cuz i had a trumpet, joe riccitone had a flute and jofi had a recorder. It was funny. After school today i drove jome johnny mac, stee(guy from chorale) and brian gonzalez, we had an adventure on the way home. On thiells road there was a school bus in front of us full of middle schoolers. They made the peace sign so i did the ol' finger-across-the-neck-i'm-gonna-kill-you kinda thing. Then i stared them down and we follwed it for like 15 miutes. It turned into a road that loops around so i went the other direction and when we passed it the bus stopped and honked, but i didnt stop, it didnt have its lights on so i wasnt legally obligated to! after i dropped off john and steve me and brian found a lost dog so we chased it down, picked it up and went to a house we thought we saw it come from, but it belogned to the house on the other side. ALSO, yesterday when i was driving home maryeliSabeth we saw thomas andrews walkin in the rain. I turned around and offered a ride, but he was just goin to patricias. Idk why, i'm so full of good deeds lately.

In english we had a teacher who was hoping to work in the district give a demo lesson. We had to do a group project thign based on this concept of stuff in art being related to thigns goin on in history at the time. So me kevin chris BK and Raghu did a skit about talking on AIM. Me and kevin were at computers, having a stereotypical AIM convo (hey, wats up, nm, u? jsut chillin lol) then chris came to the door and said "telegram!" kevin looked confused not knowign what one was, so chris put it into the computer and kevin said "oooo, email" Then BK called my cell, but i had no idea what to do with it, he had to isntruct me how to pick it up and use it. Man, we are sooo clever!

AHHHH THUNDER AND LIGHTNING, AND LACROSSE PLAYOFFS!!!!!

Tuesday, May 11, 2004

yo yo...all i gotta say is pow pow was off the wall at jazz band tonite...and i loved every minute of it!!!

What up. First off, new blogger layout SUCKS SO MUCH DICK. I am usually not incredibly anal about this type of thing, but for the love of god, why blogger why?? Maybe they will see all the negative reaction they've created and change that shit back. Meh. Anywho I'm updating from the computer lab, Samoylo period 8 sociology. Cassie is chillin on my right, blogging as well. She's a Pirate who doesn't do much. So are several people we talk about, including the drummer of Suffern Lane (Matty K lead vocals and keys, Joefi rhythm guitar and backup vocals). Awesome. Now on to the day....nothing really happened yet. I worked my first day of Hoyers yesterday, meh. The lady (boss) and Crystal (coworker) seem nice, Crystal is rather bubbly, reminds me of Cristina O'Dell in terms of happiness-ness. The boss guy is rather angry, and I have yet to meet Jen Davis, friend of Raghu and Adam. Those three as well as the comical Bugs, more commonly known as Jenny, J. Oyer, and J. Reynolds appeared for some ice cream. Not sure how either of them spell John/Jon/Jonn so I'll leave it up to imagination. Today I give my first guitar lesson for this girl (named Amy). Morgan hooked me up with the job (word) and hopefully I can be of some service. Expect news shortly. Expect hunger even shortlier. Or now.

yo yo...o yea, almost forgot. today in fisics jared and eric were talkin bout boogers and it was one of those things when everyone suddenly gets quiet and u can hear what someone says, and jared said "i just roll up the booger on my finger and put it on my floor" i said that i do that but just flick it, cuz if u dont see where it goes then it dont matter, jared said "adam, thats just low class"

yo yo...today in school wasnt too bad. During 7th i went to see if pow pow could play, but he couldnt. So i played flute wit mr B. After that i went home and came back for touring choir. After that i went to jenny's and we went to hoyers and chilled wit goo and jen davis...and jon oyer! this was of course after picking up jenny's friend crystal, who works at hoyers. After that me and jenny went to mandee and then to dollar store where we played hide-and-go-seek. After that we drove around and discovered we both used to love the offspring and i attempted to sing along. after went up to the top of bear mountain. while we were carving our names on a tree we hear someone call our names. its mandy! and kristen and george. we chilled wit them for a lil and took pics, and then went home cuz i madd tired. got to bed too late last nite.

yo yo....it madd late. Cornell was awesome. I wish i was goin to school there. We actually hung with vincents friends this time, and their really cool. We saw OAR in concert, and they rocked. We saw cornells award winning acapella group, they rocked too. We chilled and experienced college life. and cornell rocks. i'm not feeling very detaily, so i wont give details. ask me if u really wanna know. on a sidenote, i think being a jewler would be a good profession for me, what do you think?

What up. This was definetly by far, the best birthday of my 17 years of being Joefi. I have so many people to thank I don't even know where to start. First of all major thanks to everyone who came to my suprise party, I was very suprised (kind of). Morgan did a good job tricking me. Matty K skipped work to come, thanks man. Also hanging out was Markfi, Liz, Alana, Ruthie, Jenny, Mandy, Mandy's friend, Jenna, Kiera, Christina, and I was pleasently suprised to see Steve there as well. Thanks to everyone for coming out and just making it more fun. The mini cake was awesome, the mood was just right with the candles. Even Powers came out to celebrate. What a great night. Of course this year more friends gave me presents than ever, and all of them were so thoughtful. Michelle's batman figure and Jen's ninja turtles made me so nostalgic I wanted to play with them. Jen even had some clever cards, but she definetly needs to adjust the 'Joefi's a princess' attitude. Nici Pag's got the clever gift award for her 'sandwich' (Cold cuts, mayo, and the 'Bread' cd....shes a genius). The Tabloid magazine is a riot, it cracks me up. And of course, this morning came the first gift, and probably the one I actually wanted the most, the Da Vinci Code. It was really thoughtful Karen, hope you know how much I appreciate it. Finally, one big hugantic thank you to the secret organizers of my party, Karen and Gong (who supplied the party location: her house of course!). They even made me a banner that said "Happy Birthday Joefi!" which everybody signed. Though I wound up getting no smores, I still got the message that I have some great friends. You guys are the best. This birthday topped the one when I got my guitar, and that was pretty high ranking. Thanks everyone.

What up. AP test was hard, sucked, but at least that crap is over. With that said, fuck the rules I'm 17 bitches!! I can drive whenever!! And Michelle gave me a batman statue for my birthday, which is cool cause normally we'd be fighting about who is the best superhero, but she declared a truce. I had a superb Stir Crazy dinner with Morgan, and it rained like someones dog just died, but oh well, it was fun. Todays Hoyers called me for an interview on Friday so I may be employed there soon. Look out for that. I'm also giving guitar lessons again so if you want to learn and give me money at the same time, give me a call! Who am I kidding. Anyway thanks Melinda (of WHO IS THIS>>> fame) for honoring my birthday, hope you win 'Exploravision'. What is that anyway? Holla back if anyone knows. Some canadian thing no doubt. FIN

Tuesday, May 04, 2004

What up. Fun times today, school was of course meh but after school me and Morgan played with my new cat (Who I now will refer to as Jeffy, because thats what I call him). Then the service dinner was meh, Karen said I look like Ryan which resulted in anger. Maybe if she didn't whisper secrets to Gong I wouldn't get mad. Like I said, meh. Then we had boys catch on the field, where we pretended we were playing baseball and were actually just cool. Then we had a boys chat about secret stuff. Like how some girls have cooties, and some don't. Some really really don't. We're talking major cootie-less-ness. Anywho I'm done with this tonight, I'm tired and the AP Theory test is tommorow. Hope I don't suck at life. Don't holla that back unless its positive. Oh and of course, the biggest news, tommorow is Cinco de Mayo, the day of they ear where everyone drinks like crazy and parties at Fiesta Cancun, all to celebrate some mexican crap and of course, my birthday!! Yup, I'll be turning 17 and officially be the same age as Adam and Kevin, and also reviece my senior license. Yay!! Well enough of this for the second time. Holla back if you like taco bell. mmmmmmmmmm cheesy gordita crunch.....

yo yo...since mark and jofi aren't coming to cornell this weekend if anyone wants to come holla back, we are leaving thursday after school and coming back sunday, we are completely serious, if u wanna come , holla back

Monday, May 03, 2004

What up. First of all, I appologize, again, for the absence of blogs from myself. I try, sometimes I fail. Meh, on to the blogging. First order of buisness: Who is this Riot girl?? Adam brough this to my attention and I am intrigued that in her parallel universe exists her own version of me (kofi?). Also I'd like to update the facts.....two locations she mentions in her posts are cliffton and fairview, she takes some sort of music class, she plays hockey, and I now believe she is my age (a junior) due to the 87 in her e-mail adress. I suppose I could e-mail her, but I decided its more fun this way. She does take physics, but also makes many references to Bio and Chem all in the same school year....odd. She obviously has a different ciriculum than New York state. I currently believe she is from New Jersey, but I can't be sure. Continue the hunt for the truth loyal readers, seek and ye shall find. In the middle of AP's and whatever all this upsetting stuff kind of sucks. The good news is Morgan is taking me out for my birthday to celebrate the end of all that crap plus my senior license. I'm gonna see if Pow will let me out of Jazz band early for that. Service dinner on tommorow = sucky according to Palmero. I'd trust anyone who names their dog after a Charles Dickens character. Anyway, all that aside, please find out who this Riot Girl is (Melly, Mel......Melissa?) Whatever. And if you happen to be reading this, holla back and alert us to your exitence, or we will continue to believe that you are leading the parallel universe life of us. Today I shall conclude with a quote.
"Philosophy is to the real world as masturbation is to sex." - Karl Marx

yo yo...if you noticed there is a new link. I challenge any person from any blog, or any visitor for that matter to find otu who owns the blog. Bob brought to my attention that our blog and the [SMUT] blog is linked on that blog. I tried deciphering by reading, but it seems liek the girl goes to a different school, becuase she takes physics and has a teacher who dont teach in our school! Bloggers and fellow internet dwellers, we msut work together to find out!!!

What We Know

•She is a senior from another school ( we know this based on classes taking and her teachers)
•she has a kevin, a mark, and a "kofi"( i think she is in a paralell universe, and "kofi" is bizarro jofi
•She has a KT, now Kevin Talgo is KT, his SN is Mest84, she likes Mest....

yo yo...so tonite was actually really fun. First me and kevin got somethin to eat and met up wit jofi and family at pasta cucina. Then we went home and then i picked up kevin and xavier. I left them at wendy's and then went and got mark BK and Andrew. We went back and Kevin and Xavier and then picked up julie from her sweet 16. Thios was where Bk and Andrew both proceeded to pee on the hotel. Then we went and chilled at joe flachs's crib for a while. That was cool, chris and danny were there. I took mark home and we had some dominos. Then we drove around and chilled and stuff and then eventually dropped everyone off. Also at some point kevin made up the phrase "rock ass" and literally went on for about 30 minutes bout what is rock ass, who is rock ass, who sint, and what it means to be rock ass. It was also fun watchign him fo into 7-11 and circle the whole store looking for the candy. Night seemed a lot longer than it is portrayed hear tho. Needa chill with BK more often, he's a cool guy. ta ta

Saturday, May 01, 2004

yo yo...apparently fake letters liek the one i got were getting sent around, kevin even got one and he didnt even finish his app, he then got an email sayign it was a mistake. meh
