yo yo....another thing that grinds my gears. I read an article yesterday in wall st journal that despite the disproportionate amount of NFL lineman who are obese compared to US average they are just as, actually slightly healthier cardiovascuarly. This is dumb though because they base obesity on the Body Mass Index(BMI). this system of general health tracking is so archaic i can't understand why it's still used anywhere. the BMI is only figured by comparing sex, height and weight, and thats it. so you can have two guys 5'10'', 200 pounds and both will be considered obese....even if one is has 3% body fat and a professional athlete. dumb.
