yo yo...i hate anyone that even tries to remotely defend plaxico burress. beleive me, i am all for gun rights, but anyone that tries to justify him having a gun forgets probably the most important part, he doesnt have a license in new york! he has a license in florida, but being a gun owner should know that new york is not one of the 29 states the allows the license from another state to be valid. so whatever reasons he may have, it was illegal

also, i read about this cash for guns drive in certain cities. wat a stupid promotion. theyre giving 100 dollars for handguns and 200 for rifles. wat crap. im sure many of the guns are worth more than those amounts. why not give fair market value?
