In my one hour dinner study-break I watched 60 Minutes. On it, was the head of Saudi Arabia's oil production, and he said that Saudi Arabia's goal was to discourage the production of the electric car via both bad-mouthing it and by assuring people that their environmental fears are unfounded. So...who needs GM to kill the electric car when you have the terrorists!
