what up

i just wanted to say, i'm glad the markets are all going under, because i hate foundations of financial markets, and its ruining my month of july. so when the stock markets crash and all the money disappears and no one cares what the rate of return is on a zero coupon bond for five years, or what the hell an irr is, i will be so happy.

i'd rather be poor than sit through one more lecture on standard deviation. honestly, i hope the class blows up one day

how is your week?

yo yo...the McMahon family are a bunch of geniuses. I dont know why, but professional wrestling is so interesting and catches your attention. I just found myself watching an entire old school match(hulk hogan vs ultimate warrior)on youtube. You know its fake, you know its ridiculous, but you still get into it. There's also something very inspiring when you see that part where hulk will get hit but all of the blows seem to be deflected and he just shakes his head like "you cant hurt me" and the the opponent looks to the crowd with fear. Its my favorite part. I actually caught myself saying "oh no!" aloud when hulk missed the big leg drop. I remember in 3rd grade i used to actually subscribe to the WWF magazine. good times

yo yo...so Louis CK was on O and A and was talking about his divorce and relationships and had one of the best insights i ever heard. He was talking about how when there isnt any emotional equity anymore thats when you know its time. He meant like when you could go out of your way to do things you normally dont do as much(clean, cook, w/e) and you screw up ONCE you'll get yelled at for all of your past messups. He related it to if you deposited 100,000 dollars in the bank every week, didnt put in money one week, you go to take out money and the bank says "what money? you dont have any."

also i was thinking about emotions when one moves out for the first time. I think the hardest part wouldnt be leaving family or friends, because you can still see/talk to those things in one way or another. I think leaving pets adn your actual home is worse, because those are things that you are actually leaving and can't interact with. thoughts?
