what up. bet you thought i was going to stop posting already. pysch!
i hung out with my cousin steve yesterday (dad's sisters oldest son), and he is really cool. no he does not make cat noises. but he does know a lot about food. he works for morell wine distributors and we ate at the morell wine bar on 49th street. good good stuff. nice puglisi family bonding doesn't exist anymore, and its a damn shame. it's time to change that.
i've been working pretty hard, bouchon is getting intense and i've recently picked up a second potential job at a place called the fatty crab in the meatpacking district. i plan to balance the two. i'll be waiting tables at this one, so if anyone feels like a nice malaysian style dungeoness chilli crab, come on down. also you are all welcome at bouchon where the sandwiches are really just sticks of butter shaped like ham and cheese. just kidding. sort of. seriously though, if you want to go and experiance some fine french bistro style lunch, let me take you. it's totally half price too. and as a bonus you might meet some joe-in-the-city friends, a la mark and karens excellent adventure. central park wandering included. a night at cheap shots optional.
speaking of city friends, everyone planning to attend the harry movie extravaganza get excited, because you will all meet my charming and esteemed roommate perry. yes the one who hates karen for her hatemongering. get pumped, but not so pumped that you throw change at him. don't wear your nazi t-shirt either. you know the one.
see you all tuesday night; bring snacks because i just might bring a cookie or two from bouchon. holla. pimpfi out.
