yo yo....through my perusal of the internet i found this interesting article from mens health magazine about 10 things a fit man should be able to do
•bench press 1.5 times his weight
•run a mile and a half in 10 minutes
•touch the rim of a basketball hoop
•leg press 2.25 times his weight
•swim 700 yds in 12 minutes
•do 40 push ups
•your waist to hip ratio(dumb one)
•run 300 yds in less than a minute
•touch your toes
•throw a basketball 75 ft from ur knees
