Yo yo...it's 3:40,woke up feelings like I had to pee but didn't,and I didn't wet the bed, from what I can tell so far.work was weird today,as I was working a non air carrier pilot flying through our airspace turned the wrong way when turned him out of the way of traffic. I swear I thought I was going to see a mid air collision,it
was kind of frightening. When he made that wrong turn my instructor jumped on the mic
and heard the urgency in his voice and I was watching the targets merge and mentally preparing myself to see a mid air collision. After the fact no else seemed too worried so I guess it is harder to crash two planes than it seems. Also the air liner was an air china flight so it doesn't really count anyway

I was reading extensively online about The Americans with Disabilities Act and service animals and I sort of think it's a little ridiculous how much leeway disabled people get. It just seems like all the pussy-footing around required by the ADA relies too much on the honor system. For example: A service dog is allowed EVERYWHERE and ANYWHERE by law. A service dog has a special definition according to the ADA, which makes sense. However, there is nothing at all to certify a service dog or to prove a dog is a service dog. In fact, the ADA explicitly states that a service dog is not required to wear any special equipment (eg, vests, special collars, etc) to show that it is a service dog. If you are in a public place and see someone with a service dog, the ONLY question you are allowed to ask that person is "Is that a service animal?" If the answer is yes, then you may not ask any additional questions. You may not ask for the person to prove it (and even if you did, there is no official "certification" for service animals, so there is no such thing as proof), nor may you ask if the person is disabled/what kind of disability (s)he has.

Sort of a little bit ridiculous. I'm all for service animals being allowed everywhere. And I'm all for people not being required to tell people their disability. But I just think there should be some kind of official paperwork to prove an animal is a service dog.

That's all I got for now...

yo yo...so i was in mcdonalds and as i was waiting on line i noticed some weird things about the menu that really needs to be addressed by a rational person. The first. A cheeseburger is MORE expensive than a double cheeseburger?!?!? Seriously? no one noticed this? fix that. The second thing. Chicken nuggets are WAY overpriced, could never compete with wendys. CHicken nuggets are 3.50 for a 6 pack. Now, at wendys(where many people argue have better nuggets) are 1 dollar for 5!! YOu would think a company like mcdonalds would never let that happen. You'd think the company has a million suits and muckity mucks and NO ONE suggested fixing that???
Also after getting mcdonalds ironically there was a special on cnbc on mcdonalds, and i only caught the end about mcdonalds in china. It was very interesting, especially how the concept of drive thrus are new there and its taking a while to slowly acclimate people to the idea of it. Also KFC has twice as many stores in china than mcdonalds. Its also neat seeing how they design menus there very differently based on differences in food textures. The host said how it competes with cheap street food...and he walked by a stand selling scorpions on a stick...wretched country.

yo yo...training is going REAL well. I like my trainer a lot, I did request him becuase I get along with him well and also I like the way he trains. He's very hands off but explains when he needs to. We've done over 20 hours in a little over a week, and i heard him talking to one of the supervisors today saying how him and my supervisor don't want to take me to the max amount of hours, which is great. And i even heard them discussing getting me another class to start training on another sector, which is also great. More certifications more pay raises. I think part of the reason they don't feel they need to take me to max hours is because in my 20 hours we've seen SO many different things, pretty much everything there is. Today I even got to see a potential "bad situation" that I got to fix.

Also two days ago a pilot asked the controller next to me the score of the dodgers game.
